The Cometic C14180‑032 MLX Head Gasket is purpose-built for Subaru’s FA24F 2.4L turbocharged flat-four engine. With its high-performance MLX construction, this gasket offers outstanding sealing capabilities to handle elevated boost pressures and high-stress environments.
Its three-layer stainless steel structure, combined with Viton-coated outer layers and a torque-limiting “stopper” layer, ensures durability, thermal resilience, and reliable combustion sealing. The 95.8 mm bore and 0.032 in compressed thickness optimize compression and help resist distortion, making it a top choice for performance and rebuild applications.
Designed specifically for the left-hand cylinder head (LHS), this gasket fits a range of FA24F-powered Subaru models, including the Ascent, Legacy, Outback, and WRX. It installs directly without the need for sealants or re-torquing. Always follow manufacturer torque specifications for installation, and verify your vehicle’s engine layout to ensure compatibility.
*Parts are for USA spec vehicles, please contact us to verify fitment on JDM & international models.
