How to slip on：

  1. Insert each end of the headgear strap over the stabilizers through the button holes.  
  2. Secure in place by wrapping each strap end up and around the nodes.
  3. Holdingthe split straps, pull the headgear from the stabilizer to ensure it is tightlysecure around the nodes.

Properly care for your headgear:

  1. Handwash weekly with mild detergent, rinse well and let air dry;
  2. Out of direct sunlight;
  3. Don’t overstretched;
  4. Ensure the headgear strap is not twisted
