LEGO Minifigures Series 13 (Item #71008), released in January 2015, is a vibrant collection of 16 unique, limited-edition characters inspired by movies, history, and everyday life. Each figure comes in a sealed "mystery" bag with one or more accessories, a display plate, and a collector's leaflet.

Series Description

Series 13 does not follow a single overarching theme but rather mixes characters from various backgrounds, including space, fantasy, and historical archetypes. This assortment encourages imaginative play and collecting, with figures ranging from the everyday Carpenter to the mythical Lady Cyclops.

Fun Facts and Backstory

First Food Costume: The Hot Dog Man was the very first minifigure to feature a full-body food item costume, a popular trend in later series.

Gender Ratio: This series had a gender ratio of 5 female to 11 male minifigures.

In-Game Content: Each mystery bag included a unique code that could be used to unlock the corresponding character within the now-defunct LEGO Minifigures Online game.

Diverse Inspiration: The series is noted for its wide variety of inspirations, drawing from space, history, mythology, and everyday life, a characteristic of the general collectible minifigure line.

Blind Bags: Minifigures came in opaque purple "mystery" bags, making the purchase a surprise and encouraging trading among collectors.

Shipping Policy:

• Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to intercept packages, speed up delivery, change the shipping method, or adjust shipping fees. A tracking number will be provided through eBay after shipment so you can follow your package’s progress.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, except where otherwise noted in eBay’s policies.
• Please be sure your shipping address is correct in your eBay account before completing your purchase. For fraud prevention, we cannot change addresses outside of the eBay system.
• Once a package is in the carrier’s possession any insurance claims must be filed by the buyer.
