This listing features a Iron Worker OBLONG Punch 3/8 X 1 CP  3 1/4" L Steel. In good condition with normal wear. Base measures 1 1/4" diameter then it tapers to 1" diameter. It is 3 1/4" L overall. I can’t make out the manufacturer stamp.
