Attractive full green calf leather binding with gilt titles to the spine, gilt ‘Mad Hatter’ and ‘Alice’ motifs to the compartments. Gilt scroll to the boards, inner gilt dentelles, illustrated with 8 colour plates, and extensive black and white illustrations in the text by John Tenniel.

Yellowing to the colour illustrated page edges, one or two trimmed very tightly.
