This cover is from a Harley Davidson, and I've had it in my spare parts stash for a while. It looks like it's never been installed on a motorcycle, but I've moved it around a lot, so it has some minor scratches. They're very small, and I think a simple polish in the garage would give it a perfectly polished look.
