Orders placed before 2pm UK time will be dispatched the same working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
UK orders valued below £23 will be sent on the Royal Mail 48 service. The delivery aim for this service is 2-3 working days, although it can sometimes take longer. Orders sent on this service come with a parcel reference number. This will update when your delivery is made, but won't show full tracking updates. If you need your order urgently, we strongly suggest selecting a delivery upgrade at checkout. All other orders will be sent tracked.
International orders are estimated to arrive in the following working days:
Europe: 4-7 working days
USA and Canada: 7-15 working days
Rest of World: 10-20 working days
Delivery can be substantially delayed by customs. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office. Please allow up to 30 days for international orders to arrive, and if your order still hasn't reached you by then, please get in touch.
Return
Goods may be returned within 30 days. Returned goods will be accepted if they arrive in their original condition with original packaging included. Goods will be credited at the price shown on the original invoice via your original payment method. If you are returning an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us first and we will let you know if a return is needed.
