Notice

 

1. All modifications must be installed by licensed mechanics and in compliance with your local modification regulations.
2. Please ensure all components are tightened with correct torque specifications (which can be found in the vehicle service manual)before and after installation. Any loose nuts, bolts, or locks will cause noise. Do check and tighten before serious problems happen. 
3. Impact wrench is prohibited during the installation, it will loosen or damage the product.
4. Examine the clearance between tires and suspension. ( The minimum clearance should be 4mm, otherwise, you need to add wheel spacers. Caution: It is not sufficient with torsion beam trailing arm axles)
5. We suggest regular maintenance for the coil-over, spray with some WD40 every 3-19 months will keep it smooth and clean, which helps to extend the lifetime.



SHIPPING

We will ship your order in one business day once the payment is cleared.

All the parcels will be collected by our carrier at 8:00am BST on Monday to Friday.
For the payment after 7:30am BST, the parcel has to be shipped the Next working day at 8:00am BST.
Tracking number will be uploaded to eBay within 24 hours after shipment.

● We only ship the item to PayPal verified shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address is the same as PayPal.
● Import Tax: We do not cover any import Duty and Tax. Customer should be responsible for the Import tax.
● We ship all our items either via RoyalMail, ParcelForce or DPD. The estimated delivery time is around 2 working days to most area in United Kingdom.

WARRANTY

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in an un-used condition in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange. Any parcel without the Return Authorization Number will be rejected. If your item is faulty or was incorrect, you must contact our sales representative before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to solve the problem effectively.   • Will this fit my car?

    We have used the eBay compatibility list as a guide for buyers to use, but the eBay data system is not accurate and incomplete sometimes.
