Please note that orders are dispatched within 24 hours of a cleared payment Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days

UK Customers

International Customers

A standard shipping rate is charged for the first item as advertised in each listing with a small additional amount being added per item depending on its size. Should be postage paid be enough for tracked shipping then this will be used, if not standard shipping will be used. Tracked shipping can be requested before paying.

Information for multiple purchases (more than 1 item)

If you are buying more than one item any discount must be applied before paying for your items. This is not always done automatically so please after you have confirmed your buy it now select the continue to sellers’ shop option and order your next item. When you have finished shopping select the request total from seller option. Please wait for a combined invoice with the correct postage discount before you pay

Return policy

·         If an item is damaged in the post, you must retain the original packaging, as the postal carrier may ask to see this.

·         Once I receive a return I will refund or replace the item, as per your request

·         Returns are accepted up to 60 days after receipt of goods.

·         Buyer must contact us during this period to arrange return

·         Buyer is responsible for all return postage and packaging costs
