The ESKY POS-5870 is a 58mm thermal receipt printer that is compatible with ESC/POS commands and can be connected via USB. It is designed for high-speed, inkless printing of receipt, and is commonly used for point-of-sale systems for retail and restaurants. 

This unit comes with the printer cord (USB) and phone cord. It does NOT come with a power adapter. 

Condition: Unable to test, as I don't have anything to hook it up to. But it does power on. The red light flashes--manual says that means it is not connected to media (I did not have media to connect it to, to test full funtionality, so you are buying as-is).
