ITEM MAINTENANCE & PRECAUTIONS
  • Operation Monitoring: Monitor valve opening/closing indication and valve stem running during operation. Stop machine immediately if abnormal indications or noises occur.
  • Stroke Control: After initial setup of stroke and over-torque controller, monitor stroke control. Manually stop if machine doesn't halt at position limits.
  • Close in Place: For full closure, stop electric valve before complete closure and use micro motion to finalize positioning.
  • Power Management: Disconnect power supply after successful operation completion.
  • Special Operation:
    • Multi-valve Operation: Follow proper sequence according to production requirements.
    • Ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, and butterfly valves are for full open/close only - not for regulation.

ITEM OPERATING INSTRUCTION

A. Preparation Before Operation

  • Read the instruction manual thoroughly before operation.
  • Inspect valve appearance for damage or moisture. Do not operate if issues detected.
  • Confirm medium flow direction and valve opening/closing indicators.
  • For devices idle for 3+ months: Check clutch, ensure handle in manual position, verify motor insulation, steering, and electrical circuits.

B. Starting and Running

  • Connect external power supply, activate power switch (indicator light illuminates).
  • Mode Selection:
    • Local Control: Switch to RUN position, motor activates. Adjust speed via SPEED CONTROL knob.
  • Execute Operation: Press ON/OFF button to activate valve. Automatic stop at full open/close positions.
  • Parameter Adjustment: Set discharge volume as required (minimum 0.01ml).

C. Operation Completion

  • Reset: Return speed control knob to minimum, set timer to zero (if applicable), deactivate power switch, disconnect power.
  • Cleaning: Thoroughly clean mixing rod; ensure no moisture or residue remains.
