Authentic late Ottoman–period hand-forged copper dish from Anatolia, dating from approximately 1890–1920.

Good antique condition with age-appropriate wear, surface oxidation, and tin loss consistent with authentic Ottoman tin-plated copper.

This small shallow plate was traditionally used for serving spices, small foods, or as a lid for a sahan cooking bowl.

The piece is made from hand-hammered copper with its original tin plating (kalay), now beautifully worn from age and use. The underside features a traditional Ottoman rosette punch, commonly used in village workshops in Central Anatolia during the late 19th century.
