• Backer plate is 3/8" thick, measuring 17" by 2" with (2) 1" wide pre-drilled mounting holes for easy positioning and alignment
• Hoop is 1" thick with a 10" inside diameter
  
• Designed to be used with 7 to 8 inch diameter piling / pylon
  
• Slip over existing piling and bolt to your dock, or bolt to your dock then install the piling
• For use with 1/2" carriage bolts
