Delivery is FREE to all Mainland UK addresses, with options to upgrade for faster services.

Our aim is to process all orders and dispatch within 24hrs from the time payment is received (Mon-Fri and excluding bank holidays).

Depending on the delivery service selected, you will be given an indication of the delivery time. eg Amazon (2-3 days) . The time stipulated is working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Please remember to add the order processing time to the delivery time to estimate due date.

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract, for refund, within 30 days after the day of receipt of item(s).  The returned goods must be unworn, in original packaging and without any tape or return labels stuck to the brand box.  We reserve the right to make a deduction if the item or box is not returned in a resaleable state.  Please return with a cover note with your order number and reason for return.

Return posting costs will be at buyers expense.

You may also notify us within 30 days if you require an exchange. Same terms apply.  We will make 1 exchange per order.

We will consider any complaint of faulty or defective within 6 months of purchase. In the first instance we will request supporting evidence such as photos and statement of use.  We will then advise whether we require the item returned to us for investigation. If the fault is upheld as a manufacturing defect a full refund will be made including return postage costs.  Please note we will not refund for any defects caused by misuse, abuse or general wear and tear.  The product descriptions should explain the type of working environments for which each product is suited and designed for.
