This is a beautiful Chiffon and lace baby blue pre-owned vintage dress

No rips holes or stains

Great vintage pre-owned condition

There is a loop hole at either side of the dress, it seems that it is missing a satin or velvet ribbon

I believe that it is most likely 1970's
