  2. Angle Sensor Notice: This is the Clock Spring unit only. It is designed with the correct interface to accept your factory Steering Angle Sensor. You must transfer your old sensor to this new unit during installation to avoid VDC/TCS dashboard lights.

  3. Professional Installation Recommended: This part involves the Airbag (SRS) system. Professional installation is highly recommended for safety and to ensure the clock spring is properly centered (avoiding internal ribbon breakage).

⚠️ CRITICAL INSTALLATION WARNING:

1. Point the front wheels STRAIGHT AHEAD before removing the old clockspring.

2. DO NOT remove the plastic locking pin/clip on the new clockspring until it is fully installed and the steering wheel is properly aligned.

3. Improper installation, turning the steering wheel before the installation is complete, or failing to center the wheels WILL SNAP the internal ribbon cable instantly.

*Note: Professional installation is highly recommended. Damage caused by improper installation or buyer error is not covered under warranty and will void the return policy.

💡 FAQ & Troubleshooting (After Receiving Your Package)

  • 1. Airbag/Fault Light ON or OBD Errors?
    This is completely NORMAL after replacing a clockspring. You must manually clear the fault codes using an OBD scanner to turn off the light.
  • 2. Pins/Connectors don't match?
    Please contact us first! Your original clockspring likely has an integrated Angle Sensor. You simply need to transfer (transplant) your old angle sensor to our new clockspring.
  • 3. Think it doesn't fit? DO NOT OPEN A DISPUTE.
    If you encounter any fitment issues, please do not open a return or case immediately. Send us a message! We will solve the problem for you in the fastest time possible.
  • 4. Need help with Angle Sensor Transfer?
    If you do not know how to transfer the angle sensor, please contact us for guidance, or we highly recommend seeking a local certified mechanic for professional installation.
