Important Safety Information
  • During transportation, ensure the rotary reducer packaging box is positioned in the specified orientation and avoid collisions.
  • When handling, wear work gloves and operate with caution.
  • Rotary reducers feature threaded holes on both inner and outer rings for safe lifting and transportation using hoisting equipment.
  • During storage, maintain the specified orientation of the rotary reducer packaging box.
  • Store in a closed room to prevent moisture exposure.
  • Within sealed packaging, surface corrosion and rust protection can be maintained for approximately 5 months.
  • For longer storage periods, implement special protective measures.
  • Approximately 100 hours after initial assembly, retighten all bolts to the specified torque.
  • This inspection should be performed annually.
  • Under special operating conditions, the frequency of inspections may be reduced.
  • If any bolts are found loose, immediately replace all bolts, nuts, and washers.

  • Clean the mounting bracket to remove welding spatter, zinc residue, and other contaminants.
  • Secure the bracket to the slewing reducer with bolts. Flat washers and spring washers must be installed under the bolt heads.
  • The slewing reducer shall be installed in a no-load state.
