the case is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear
the disc is in pristine condition with no signs of any marks on either side of the disc
there are virtually no scratches on the disc
the manual has a few small spine tics on the front cover cover spine
the back of the manual looks brand new
I have had this game closed with a sleeve of copy paper behind the manual and a thin piece of bubble wrap on top of the disc to eliminate any marks from disc spindle in the middle
