Highly detailed artist crafted metal ornament can be hung or stands alone on with moveable wheels that turn and rotate.  All black ornament with LIONEL LINES printed in white on each side. Can be attached to additional cars by way of a metal tab on the front and back.

Comes in original box with brief history and description of the car
