Application:These diesel injector testers are suitable for all types of diesel injectors except Common Rail (CRDI) diesel injectors.

Functions:

For testing injection nozzle opening pressure &chattering.

Leakage test & spray pattern.

Atomization & chatter characteristic tests.

The nozzle tester consists of:

Aluminum cast injection pump operated with a hand lever.

Semi-transparent fuel tank with a 5-micron original Bosch filter

Three-way shut-off valve.

Stainless steel, heavy gauge(100 mm Dial, 3/8 " BSP thread).

Measuring ranges: 0 to 600bar & 0 to 8000 PSI.

Standard accessories:

Handle with handle;

High pressure pipes 'A' and 'B' type with m.m. size nuts (12 X 1.5) and (14 X 1.5) for connections;

O-rings-1 flat ring.

Equipped with original Bosch piston / element, delivery valve and filter.
