For sale is an issue of Amazing Spider-Man #529, 3rd printing, from 2006, featuring Spidey and the new Iron Spider suit. I'm not a professional grader so examine the pictures, but if I had to place a grade on it I would put it somewhere around the 9.0 VF/NM Very Fine/Near Mint range.
