New York Hat Co Black Mad Hatter Top Hat Men's Size XL Wool Felt Steampunk -Flaw

Flaw:  The ribbon/bow has some hot blue residue on it from something that was attached to it.  See photos.  Other than the glue, the hat is in great condition & has only been worn for one occasion.  

1800s style classic top hat, 100% Wool felt, hand blocked, 6.5" tall crown, curled brim, gros grain band and binding. 23.5” hat circumference.
