This Yubi Ningyou collection series 4 Espeon finger puppet collectible is approximately 2" tall and is a difficult item to find. Items from the Yubi Ningyou collection have been sold at the Pokemon Center from 2016 to present.
This item was purchased during my trip to Japan in 2019 and has been safely stored in my display cabinets ever since, so the condition on this item is very good, as seen in the attached photos.
This item has no box with it, so it is just the finger puppet as seen.
