Our orders are shipped via Thailand Post Airmail. Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days after receiving payment and you should expect to receive it 12 - 22 days (for USA & Europe).

After we started shipment we sent tracking code to you.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

For undeliverable packages due to the buyer’s fault (receiver non-contactable by the courier upon delivery or the wrong address/ contact submitted by the buyer), when the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs if the buyer wants us to resend the item.
