This brand new, ambient light fixture, with gray housing, is made by Allmodern and includes installation hardware. The box was opened but the fixture was never installed. My wife bought this (for $269) and several other options at the same time, but ultimately decided on a different fixture during the remodel of our home.

Built-in, dimmable LED bulb included...which is energy efficient and lasts up to 50,000 hours. It is adaptable for a sloped ceiling.
