This is a vintage pre-owned pipe holder that I have had in my collection for ages. I think it might have been a companion piece to the letter opener I just listed. The dog on this pipe holder looks like the popular McClelland Barkley dog and has similar patina to the letter opener. It is also on a wooden base which may or may not be original to the piece. I mentioned the copper holder tends to swivel a bit if you want it to and not sure if that is how it was intended. Read more under condition. He is one a wooden base that is about 5 x 2 1/4 inches. This is a great piece and even if pure coincidence, he would be great with the letter opener I have just listed.
