For sale is a rare glimpse into early life in America.  This glass photographic paperweight was a souvenir of Revere Beach, a well-know public beach located in Revere, Massachusetts, just a few miles north of Boston. It was established in 1896 and iis the first public beach in the United States. The photograph is of the beach band stand and shows women in late 19th century clothing walking along the street. It's an amazing moment frozen in time.

The paperweight was produced by the A.C. Bosselman & Co. a significant American company known for producing souvenir items, particularly during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

The paperweight is approx. 4" x 2" and made of heavy weight glass.
