Please note, the UPC label notes the manufacturer's part number as well, and that it's for U.S. Export.  The UPC label has been lined through, I don't know why, and the help phone numbers have been covered with a hand written label.

The package is sealed. The package has some very minor scuffs and a corner dog ear.
