Haxby MA930-G20aP. Note has a piece missing (hole) and small tape repairs noted on the holder. Minor mounting remnants also noted. This is an extremely rare and desirable proof. The last example of this note (PCGS-C in 64 straight grade) sold for $7,800 in September of 2018. Previously that same note sold at Stacks & Bowers (raw) for $12,925 in August of 2014.

Customer Diligence:

 

• If you are unsure of any item's characteristics based on title, description, or pictures, please do not buy it.

• If the item details state "see all pictures" it is up to the buyer to look closely at ALL pictures.

• When viewing paper money and paper items, specifically items more than one hundred (100) years old, pinholes are often present, and these pinholes may not be listed in the description.

• When auctioning, if title and pictures do not match, we reserve the right to cancel the auction unless buyer and seller agree upon the corrected listing. (It is never our intention to misrepresent items or listings, however mistakes and accidents do happen, and we ask for your understanding.)

• Please note it is up to the buyer to discern the grade of any raw or ungraded items listed.

 

Reviewing Item Details:

 

• If you are buying for resale and sales tax is being charged, please submit your resellers license information to eBay. (We have no control over the sales tax charged by eBay)

• If item details state that it is a bulk listing, then your item may not look identical to the pictures. (Bulk items can be different, but still match their listing by description.)

• If the item is a proof coin in a slab holder, be aware that proof coins can have haze or milk spots. (This is not a coin defect but has occurred during the minting process or because of time spent inside the capsule or slab.)

• If the item is for parts or restoration, it is not working, but has parts that could be useful to someone who does repairs or restoration.

 

Sale and Payment:

 

• All payments must be in process or received within four (4) days of offer acceptance or end of auction.

• If payment is not received within the first four (4) days, a Non-Paying Buyer Report will be filed.

Shipping:

 

• We ship via USPS to continental USA addresses.

• If items are listed as "free shipping" this applies to USA addresses ONLY.

• We only ship to your confirmed eBay address.

• Shipping and Handling charges include:

 

o   Cost of packaging materials

o   Postage

o   Fuel surcharge for postal services

o   Signature confirmation (circumstantial)

 

• Insurance costs may be added depending on circumstance. HOWEVER, this cost will not exceed the original shipping cost. (This additional cost may limit any reduction in shipping fees.)

• Orders are generally shipped within three (3) business days after receipt of payment. (Please allow adequate time for ground transportation, which will vary depending on USPS and destination.)

• Combining shipments - Upon request PRIOR to payment, we combine multiple items purchased to a single address to reduce fees when possible. (Except in cases where item weight is increased, package value is increased, or insurance must be added.)

 

o   Separate shipments will not be combined unless requested prior to payment. (Even if separate orders are paid for on the same day.)

 

Returns:

 

• If you receive your package damaged, for insurance purposes, photos must be taken of the exterior of the box and its contents and emailed to us prior to shipping your return.

• We do NOT accept partial returns. (Bulk listing returns will only be accepted when the entire lot is returned.)

•  No alteration of item or item holder will be accepted for return.

• Return packaging must include:

 

o   Original packaging and labels

o   (When applicable) intact original shrink wrap, 2x2 flip, or presentation, plastic, or acrylic case.
