These are being sold for the "Wheel Deals Bicycle Shop" in Vancouver WA, which is part of "Open House Ministries", who work with homeless people in our community.  I am a volunteer in the bike shop.  These are excess donated inventory.  We typically fix and sell low end bicycles, not high end bikes that use clipless pedals.
