MCM Empoli EMERALD GREEN Optic Handblown Italian Art Glass Trinket Candy Dish 5”.

Gorgeous color, cool design creating a really neat optic look on the surface where dish is resting. We believe the item is hand blown, and while there is no brand or Makers mark noted on the dish, through research we are confident this is an Empoli Italian glass piece. The rim has a slight scalloped edge. The piece is very smooth to the touch -indicating no cracks, chips or flaws- EXCEPT one spot on the inside- perhaps a manufacturer flaw (unsure what would cause a slivering/rough feel on the inside otherwise)- there are 4 pictures showing this spot (2 of inside and 2 showing the spot from outside.). It was not noticed upon inspection until we did the “touch test” so it does not interfere with the beautiful look and display opportunities for this piece.
