A superb miniature example of Kyoto shippō-chō artistry attributed to Ōta Toshirō, featuring a fine ginbari (foil-backed) enamel ground shading from icy white to sky blue. The floral design is executed with extremely delicate wirework and translucent enamels showing full internal reflection under light.

Condition: Excellent – no dents, cracks, or restorations; brilliant surface and even color.
Mark: Impressed seal to base, catalogued as #168 in Japanese Cloisonné Artists and Marks, attributed to Ōta Toshirō (ca. 1900–1920).
