FOR HAAS CNC
The ShopLink DNCLink1 system
allows wireless G-code file transfer (send, receive, drip-feed) from your PC to
your HAAS CNC machine, with a 100-foot range (line of sight, unobstructed). It
includes three components:
1. ShopLinkDNC File Manager
Software: A single-PC license installed remotely on your customer-supplied
Windows 11 computer. This software manages file selection and wireless
protocols to send, receive, or drip-feed G-code files to your HAAS CNC. Only
ShopLinkDNC software is compatible with DNCLink1 hardware. It serves as the
user interface on the host PC, requiring a mapped network drive or local drive
for NC files (default folder: \NCFILES). A screen resolution of 1366 x 768 is
recommended.
2. USB Wireless Transceiver:
Connects to a USB port on the ShopLink host PC to facilitate wireless
communication. This USB connection appears as a serial port. To ensure the
serial port assignment remains permanent, the transceiver must be consistently
connected to the same USB port and not moved to another USB port.
3. Magnetically Mounted
Wireless Transceiver: Connects to the Haas CNC’s RS232 port COM1 via the supplied
DB25 cable.
+12vdc power provided by Haas power board P30, P32, or P33 to device with 5 foot long 5pin keyed connector.
Selectable BAUD rate of 9600,19200 or 38400 baud (throughput approx. 2500 characters per second max at 38400 baud).
Baud rate is fixed after installation.

Message the Haas year of manufacturer and the P30, P32, or P33 power connection available.
Message the HAAS year of manufacturer.
All required software and
hardware are included. Installation, provided by appointment (approximately 30
minutes), is conducted via phone and remote desktop using www.logmein123.com. Open your browser and access www.logmein123.com, where you
will be prompted to enter a 6-digit access code provided during the scheduled
installation with your designated PC/DNC administrator. The ShopLink host PC
must have an internet connection for installation and support.
