Even new and unused items may have initial scratches from the time of shipment from the manufacturer.

Shipping & Returns

Handling time: Approximately 5-10 business days.
Economy shipping methods are Japan Post and eBay Speed Pack, and Standard shipping is FedEx and DHL and japan post
We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.
Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.
Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ?gifts? ? Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not the item described
The shipping fee does not include the remote handling fee. If you live in an area that requires a remote fee, we will charge you separately at a later date.
It is buyer's responsibility for the return shipping cost when sending back the item to us.
The item has to be returned in the original condition from the time you received.
No returns on products that show any evidences of use.
