Some gold loss is present on the edges, with spotty loss on the inside.

I added a safety chain, which was missing; I took the liberty of increasing the usual length, slightly and adding a spring clasp (spring ring clasps would not have been used at that time).

Much of the black enamel remains, highlighting the beautiful etched motif.

3/4” wide x 7” around the inside.
