Returns
All of our parts are supplied with a 30 day guarantee via eBays returns policy. Faulty or damaged parts will be exchanged for another part, if no exchange is available a refund will be given. If you no longer require the part you ordered, please open an eBay return request selecting ‘changed my mind’ when prompted.
Our parts guarantee does not include any form of labour or any other financial loss you may incur. All guarantees will be void if the parts have been tampered with or our security marks/seals have been removed. Our guarantee on engines does not include water pumps, timing belts or chains. We recommend the replacement of timing chain/belt, water pump and the correct oil and oil filter prior to fitting.
Postage
We offer FREE postage on most of our items using either Royal Mail or DPD. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. We endeavour to supply tracking details to all of our orders to ensure prompt and smooth delivery of your parts.
For larger items such as engines, gearboxes, alloy wheels and interiors we will use a pallet delivery service. You must supply us with a correct contact telephone number, failure to do so can result in a delay to your delivery.
