CH340 Driver Note

This board uses the CH340 USB-to-serial chip instead of the ATmega16U2 found on the official Arduino Uno. You may need to install the free CH340 driver for your operating system. The driver is widely available and takes less than a minute to install. Once installed, the board works identically to the official Uno R3 in the Arduino IDE -- simply select "Arduino Uno" as your board type.
