Antique Silverplate Salt Pepper Caddy Condiment. I do not know much about this.  There are no markings that I can see.  There are signs of use including scuffs/scratches/rust and it will need to be cleaned.  The green underneath the holder is also stained.  Please see all pictures and ask any other questions before purchase.
