This is a fine small French drawing, a presumed later copy in pencil, after Jean Cocteau. The artist was a master of the use of sensual line to evoke the shape of the human body, and has such a beautiful feeling for the male form.

Sold unframed, sheet measurements 21 x 15 cm, (8" x 6") toned art paper with a stamp but no watermark. it would fit a standard A5 mat window. The condition is as pictured, there may be some spotting or toning depending on drawing, refer to images, generally great condition.
Bought in France ten years ago, part of a portfolio lot that we are selling. No provenance, sold as is.
