For your consideration today is a pair of PETITE vintage solid 18K (750) Italian yellow gold hinged, locking leverback flower / buttercup style earrings.  PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE OF THE EARRINGS NEXT TO THE DIME--THEY ARE NOT LARGE.

 As is typical with a good deal of Italian jewelry, the center stones are not diamonds--these stones are glass. They are set in 4 prongs and sit upward from the pierced gold base.

The earrings measure 1/4" in diameter and 3/8" from top of wire, to bottom of flower.  They have hinged lever back closures.  They are hallmarked 750 for 18k with Italian city hallmarks, weigh 1.5 grams, and are in good vintage condition.
