Notes

·           This series and 71005 The Simpsons Series are the only Minifigures series that contains minifigures from another theme.

·           Abraham Lincoln and William Shakespeare are the only minifigures that are based on real people with their same names.

·           Taco Tuesday Guy is very similar to Series 2 Maraca Man and Marsha Queen of the Mermaids strongly resembles the Mermaid from Series 9.

·           It is the first series to have six female characters, having a gender ratio of 3:5.

·           Abraham Lincoln, Marsha Queen of the Mermaids, Panda Guy, Wild West Wyldstyle, Hard Hat Emmet, Taco Tuesday Man, and William Shakespeare are the only master builders in this series, with a ratio of 7 master builders.

·           Calamity Drone, Velma Staplebot and Wiley Fusebot are the only representatives of Lord Business's robots in this series.

·           This series has the most Octan elements of all series with a total of three.

·           Every hair element and colour combination in this series is new, except that of the “Where are my Pants?” Guy.

·           This series features two presidents, Abraham Lincoln and President Business. Lincoln is based on the actual U.S. president, while Business is fictional.

·           All of the minifigures from this series appeared in The LEGO Movie Video Game with the exception of Marsha Queen of the Mermaids.

·           Physical forms of Mrs. Scratchen-Post and “Where are my Pants?” Guy are briefly seen in The LEGO Movie.

·           “Where are my Pants?” Guy is the first Collectible Minifigure to have 2 pairs of "Pants".

·           Panda Guy and Taco Tuesday Man are the only minifigures that doesn't have a name in this series.

·           This was the first Minifigures series to include a classic minifigure head without pupils which is Emmet.

The LEGO Minifigures Series 71004 is a collection of 16 different characters from the 2014 film, The LEGO Movie. Sold in "mystery" bags, each pack contains one randomly selected minifigure, a display plate, and character-specific accessories. The series features both heroic and villainous figures, as well as several colorful and eccentric townspeople from the movie.

Minifigure descriptions

Hard Hat Emmet: The most basic version of the movie's protagonist, Emmet wears his standard orange construction vest and hard hat. He comes with an Octan instruction manual.

Wild West Wyldstyle: Wyldstyle appears in a Western outfit from her time in the Old West realm. This variant includes a black hat, a scarf, and a fan.

President Business: The uptight antagonist of the movie is featured in his classic black suit with a red tie. He carries a small Octan mug.

Scribble-Face Bad Cop: This version of the law enforcement officer features his conflicted personality on a unique double-sided head. One side has his standard, severe "Bad Cop" face, while the other has a crudely drawn smiley face scribbled on with a marker. He comes with handcuffs and a cell phone.

"Where Are My Pants?" Guy: The star of the hit television show is featured in a flowery shirt and underwear. He includes a second pair of white legs, representing the pants he is always searching for.

Abraham Lincoln: As a Master Builder from the movie, Abraham Lincoln sports his recognizable top hat and formal suit. He is equipped with a printed tile representing the Gettysburg Address.

Marsha Queen of the Mermaids: This character features a mermaid tail piece, long red hair, and a clamshell accessory.

Taco Tuesday Guy: This colorful character wears a sombrero and a vibrant poncho. His accessory is a plate of nachos.

Calamity Drone: One of Lord Business's robo-henchmen, this cowboy-themed robot comes with a musket.

Gail the Construction Worker: This female construction worker minifigure wears a pink hard hat and tool belt. She is equipped with a jackhammer.

Larry the Barista: The employee of the popular (and overpriced) coffee shop, Larry wears a green apron and serves his coffee in a standard coffee cup.

Panda Guy: This whimsical minifigure is a person dressed in a panda costume. He comes with a smaller, stuffed panda toy.

Velma Staplebot: One of President Business's business-themed robots, Velma has a paper-stack body and carries a clipboard.

William Shakespeare: Another Master Builder from the movie, Shakespeare wears a collared shirt and comes with a feather pen and a script.

Mrs. Scratchen-Post: The friendly, cat-obsessed neighbor, Mrs. Scratchen-Post is included with a small orange cat figure.

Wiley Fusebot: A robotic henchman, this Western-themed robot is equipped with a revolver and dynamite.
