📦 Shipping Policy

• During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 4 working days
• All deliveries handled by Royal Mail
• Delivery times vary based on the selected service
• Note: eBay’s estimated delivery dates are guidelines only—delays may occur around Bank Holidays or Christmas

💳 Payment & Address Policy 

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout
• Once dispatched, we cannot change the address
• We are not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete address details

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns for unwanted or faulty items in 100% unused condition
• Include a note with your eBay username and reason for return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Buyer covers return postage unless the item is faulty

📬 Lost or Undelivered Items

• If an item is lost due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we must wait for it to be returned by the carrier
• Once received, we can:
– Refund the item price (excluding shipping), or
– Re-send at the buyer’s expense

• Items are securely packaged, but damage may occur
• If your item arrives damaged, please message us with a clear photo
• We’ll send a replacement once verified
