  • You can return unwanted items unused within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will refund once item is returned in original packing.

In the unusual circumstances if your parcel can't be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 1 working days. Only after this time period will we be able to refund you the cost of your item.

We will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please notify us before returning the item. A refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account. We cannot cover the cost of you returning the item to us.

We will also happy to exchange the product within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached.
