Pairing Guide
1. Place both earbuds inside the charging case and connect to a power source. Allow at least 20 minutes to ensure a sufficient charge.
2. With the lid open, press and hold the buttons above the Beat's logos (on both earbuds at once) for 15-20 seconds until you hear 3 rapid beeps, confirming a successful reset. Now close the lid.
3. On your device, enter Bluetooth settings, and ensure you 'Forget' your existing earbuds.
4. Re-open the lid, and re-connect the earbuds via Bluetooth.
