These bunk boards incorporate a recycled HDPE plastic in place of the pressure treated pine or similar wood used by other bunk board manufacturers.

Carpet 
  • The carpet is an 18 oz non-woven carpet manufactured from 100%  high UV BCF olefin fibers.  
  • All the fibers are anchored into an acrylic backing, giving excellent stability and long-lasting durability.  
  • It will not rot, fuzz, zipper or unravel. 
  • It will not absorb moisture and is extremely hard-wearing, stain resistant, mold and mildew resistant.

Shipping 

Shipping is FREE.  We will box and wrap the boards to minimize damage.  Please inspect all material prior to drilling into the boards.  Once installed, no claims against shipping damages can be offered. 

Returns 

I can only accept returns due to manufacturing defects.   I must be notified of any such defects within 5 days of receiving boards.  Please note I cannot accept returns based on colors not matching.  I will do my best to give you an accurate photo color to view, but monitors are set individually  and colors shades do vary slightly.
