This is a new-old-stock NORS EX-16-18 starter brush kit for the vehicles in the title above.    My catalog shows that these are correct for several other years, makes and models also.

I bought a cabinet full of old brushes and have been matching them up with the illustrations and listings in my old ignition catalog.  The catalog is not included in this listing and is used for reference.
