Antique cast iron Dutch oven / kettle lid with star marking. Fits vessels around 9–10" diameter.

Underside markings: Star stamp and “2” with two dots

Size: ~10 1/8" overall diameter, ~9 3/8" inner ring seat

Handle: Raised saddle style, heavy cast

Age: Early 20th century, unmarked foundry

Condition: Solid, no cracks. Light surface oxidation and a small edge nick (see photos).

Great replacement lid for an unmarked kettle, or addition to a cast iron collection featuring star-marked pieces.
