Orville Les Paul Zakk Wylde Stickers Pride & Glory era signature, no Confederate Rebel Flag

So I thought I'd do a vintage Zakk Wylde collectible, a real beauty that i saw featured in an old Japanese magazine. It was a magazine where also his guitar with the burned Confederate Flag appeared.

So for this one, I took a 1992 Orville LPS-80F CS made by Fujigen, though I honestly don't know what the CS stands for

This model is truly a special one. Zakk used to call it the "Broken Mirror". I'm saying "used to" because it looks completely different now (he's recently made it to look like one of Jimmy Page's more colourful guitars, it's currently called "Pope Page Dragon").

He used to play it on various occasions. BUT, as history knows it, even though the internet hadn't been fueled with much information at the time, this is one of the guitars that Zakk had prior to joining Ozzy Osbourne. It is supposedly the very same guitar he took with him at the audition for his place in the band.

It was originally finished in Tobacco Sunburst, but Zakk wanted something original so he had it custom-painted by a guitar luthier to feature a shattered glass design. The guitar went through countless mods. At one point it had pictures of all of Zakk’s musical heroes and bands, favourite musicians glued to the body, essentially a Led Zeppelin memorabilia but also others, and some time later it was completely stripped down to bare wood.

The pictures that served finishing this guitar, were found in an old magazine from back when they used to display all his gear. Yet, the actual pictures applied by Zakk on his guitar, couldn't be found anywhere that easy! And so it took a lot of hard work and extensive searches to find them, basically because you can't quite tell what's in each of those pictures (bad 80s pics quality).

The pickups are exactly like the ones in the original guitar: white EMGs and ivory colored frames.

So to clarify: this model actually represents a stage in the life of one of Zakk Wylde's beloved guitars. Only his ultra-die-hard fans know about it.
