Blouse suitable for career or semi dressed up occasions. The slightly draped V-neck has a closing stitch already done at factory, so no need to pin. The tie is mainly decorative, but the waist can be tightened a bit with it. Waist has elastic where the peplum joins. Longer at back than front. The top is lined. Sleeves, slightly full and gathered in at the wrist and fastened with a tiny gold button. (Extra button in attached bag) Understated but dressed up top.
