We will absolutely not break these lots to sell in pieces. Please understand that we will most likely decline offers to only sell portions of an already posted lot.

Can I pick up the item in person?

You can definitely pick up the item in person. There is no shipping charge; however, we apply a $4.00 handling fee. Sales tax is added to all sales. You must e-mail us prior to pick up and wait for an invoice with pick up instructions. Allow 2 business days from the time you email us for us to send you an invoice. These are the terms you agree to when you purchase your item. These terms allow us to find your item and have it ready for you at your specified time of pick-up.
